Plug & Play Spin Processors

High-quality, low cost Single Substrate Spin Coaters / Developers are specially designed for R&D and low volume spin processing.

All systems have full programming capability including spin speed from 1 up to 10.000 rpm. Easy step-by-step, gloved finger-friendly digital process controller allows you to set your preferred speed, acceleration and time in 50 programs (20 programs for SPIN150) with max. 100 steps each, or manual mode.
Systems are constructed in Natural Polypropylene or PTFE®, with a clear, bowl-shape, process chamber.

Various models are available for processing a wide range of substrates ranging from small fragments up to 300mm wafers or 7”x7” square, standard with vacuum or mechanical chuck. Our new generation even includes models for large substrates such as 60cm, up to substrates as large as 1000x1000mm, with a spin speed of 1-1.000 rpm.

Custom chucks are available for almost any application, making this the ideal tool for process research and development.

The Polos can be supplied as a stand-alone table-top unit or recessed in-bench version: ranging from manual to fully automatic dispense.
