  (mechanical chuck: no vacuum required)
  only the edge of the substrate is
  in contact with the chuck

• Up to 150mm: SPIN150-NPP
• Up to 200mm: POLOS MCD200-NPP
• Up to 300mm: POLOS MCD300-NPP

* Models are standard supplied with vacuum chuck , mechanical chucks are optionally available, depending on substrate.
