The versatile, all plastic, POLOS and SPIN150 single substrate spin processors are specifically designed for applications for MEMS, R&D and typically low volume applications: 
DRYING, RINSE / CLEAN, ETCHING, MANUAL COATING, AUTO COATING and DEVELOP.

Models : Our spinprocessors are constructed in NPP or high grade PTFE for processing a wide range of substrates, standard spin processors ranging from small substrates up to diameter 300mm, and stainless steel stand-alone spin process systems for substrates from 600 up to 1000mm square. All spin processors feature high precision motors and have a range of freely programmable programs. Our POLOS spin processors or spin coaters can be supplied as a stand-alone table-top unit or recessed in-bench (OEM) version ranging from manual (MCD) to fully automatic chemical dispense (ACD).

All spinprocessors come standard with vacuum chuck. Mechanical (non-vacuum) or customized chucks are available for almost any application, making these the ideal tools for process research and development.
